Interim Codes Panel

Comprised of elected and appointed members, the Interim Code Panel (ICP) considers and makes recommendations to Ofwat on any changes that are needed to market codes, specifically to the Wholesale-Retail Code (WRC) and the Market Arrangement Code (MAC).

Market operations call

Previously the daily cutover call, the market operations call will take place every Tuesday and Thursday.

Communications Forum

A forum for all water company communicators relating to the Open Water programme.

Systems Integration SIG

The Systems Integration Special Interest Group provides detailed technical updates to IT subject matter experts to ensure Trading Party IT Technical delivery plans are aligned with MOSL System Ready plans.

Measuring Operational Performance Working Group

This working group has been established to design and implement a consistent operational performance framework so that compliance with the operational terms can be measured in the open market.

Operational Readiness

The weekly Operational Readiness call will merge the Test SIG, Data SIG and Service Readiness call and will be informed on specific IT technical issues and focused on aspects of CMOS delivery.

This group page will provide information on, and resources to support, the process of Market Operator invoicing.

The Test & Data Special Interest Group provides detailed technical updates to IT subject matter experts to ensure Trading Party IT Technical delivery plans are aligned with MOSL System Ready plans.

Work Plan Review Group (WRG)

The Workplan Review Group (WRG) is a working level group allowing a regular opportunity for members of the Project Management Group to discuss with market participants any changes to the plan that may materially impact their activities or affect preparations for market opening.

System Ready Forum (SRF)

The System Ready Forum (SRF) provides regular technical updates to IT Programme Managers, IT managers or their equivalent and to report on IT progress and deal with resulting issues to ensure Trading Party IT Technical delivery plans are aligned with MOSL System Ready Plans.

CIO Forum

The CIO Forum updates CIOs on the MOSL System Ready workstream progress and deals with resulting issues to ensure CIOs can support Trading Party IT delivery alignment with MOSL System Ready Plans.

Industry Calls

Ofwat hosts a fortnightly conference call with participants, providing a regulatory update on the Open Water programme as well as a review and look ahead. The call is chaired by Adam Cooper, Director for Market Opening, Ofwat and includes an update from MOSL CEO Ben Jeffs.
